Warranty terms:

Manufacturer warranty or Semicom warranty is provided on all items. Warranty may warry from 6 months up to 3 years. Standard product warranty is 2 years. Check  the product description for item's warranty period  or contact us by email or skype if information is not provided. In case of RMA customer must deliver damaged item directly to manufacturers service center (adress usually can be found in item's warranty coupon also you can always contact us if there are any questions) or to our office.

Warranty coupon and purchase document (invoice or cashier's check) must be provided with RMA item.

Shipping and delivery terms:

At the moment we provide two shipping methods for international orders. We ship either by DPD (http://www.dpd.com/ ) or by Latvian logistics company http://www.expresspasts.lv/en/ . After you create order, our manager will contact you by email or phone and discuss order processing details (shipping costs, payment type etc.). After that prepayment invoice will be sent to your email. Usually we dispatch goods 1-3 working days after receiving your payment.
Shipping costs depends on your location, items weight, size and package dimensions.
